The breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious homemade pastries.
During my stay, I found the walls to be quite thin, making it hard to avoid noise from adjacent rooms. This was particularly bothersome during the night. Additionally, I noticed some maintenance issues that left the bathroom feeling less private, as the blinds were not adequate.

I spent 5 nights in a cozy Double Room with City View, and the stunning rooftop terrace was my favorite spot to enjoy panoramic views of the city while sipping my morning coffee. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious homemade pastries, fresh orange juice, and the option to get scrambled eggs cooked to order. The staff were incredibly engaging, providing personalized recommendations for local dining that truly enhanced my experience.

i had a decent stay at this so-called hotel, but the rooms are cramped as if designed for dolls. i was nearly expecting a much-needed room upgrade but guess i’m not special enough? breakfast was shockingly basic and tasted like it came from a vending machine. absoluteley not worth the price paid. just couldn’t recommend it.

Our stay was delightful, especially watching the sunset from our room with a view of the castle. The kids loved the breakfast spread, especially the pastel de nata! The staff made us feel welcomed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot.
In my wife’s opinion, a pool would be great for kids.

We had an awesome time staying here! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop views after visiting Portas do Sol Viewpoint and Terminal Fluvial de Cacilhas. Plus, the 24/7 beverage area was a great touch for late-night snacks.
However, we did notice a slight sewage smell in our room in the evenings, which was a bit off-putting.
